Quote and estimate requests can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, consent record, product selections, measurements, quantities, project locations, and the estimate calculated by the server. Support inquiries can include your name, email address, optional phone number, and message.

• Request identifiers and delivery status used to prevent duplicates and deliver email
• Pseudonymous rate-limit keys and short-lived operational records used to protect the forms
• Basic website analytics and technical request information processed by hosting and analytics providers

How we use information

We use the information to prepare and follow up on estimates, review project requests, answer support questions, prevent abuse, operate the website, and diagnose delivery or security problems. We do not use the website forms to take payment.

Service providers and email

The website uses hosting, database, analytics, and transactional email providers to process information for these purposes. Quote notifications are routed to the estimates team; support inquiries are routed to the support team. Customer receipt messages may be sent through the configured transactional email provider.

Retention

Submitted quote and inquiry records are configured to expire after 90 days and are removed by a bounded scheduled cleanup. Rate-limit records expire sooner. Provider logs and backups may follow the provider's own limited retention schedule. Information may be retained longer when reasonably needed to resolve a request, protect the service, or meet an applicable obligation.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with a submission by contacting support. We may need enough information to locate the request and verify that it belongs to you. Avoid sending payment card details, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through these forms.
